- Information we collect from you when you make a donation If you make a donation to Coast Shelter via PayPal, Give Now or Everyday Hero we will be given details including your name, address, email address and contact numbers (where you have agreed to provide it). We do not hold any credit or debit card details through our website. The Privacy Policy for PayPal can be viewed at this link and the Privacy and Copyright Policy for Give Now can be viewed at this link. When making a donation via PayPal, Coast Shelter will post a tax deductible receipt to the address provided. If the donation is made through Give Now or Everyday Hero, donors will be emailed an instant tax deductible receipt. On receipt of a donation, Coast Shelter will add the donor to it’s E-News list, and individuals can unsubscribe at any stage.
- Information about other individuals Stories and photographs of our clients are only used with written consent from such individuals. Names of clients used in their story have been changed to protect their privacy. If an individual no longer wishes their photograph to be used in any of our marketing material including the website and printed material, they can contact us and we will remove their image immediately.
- Changes to our Privacy Policy Any changes to our privacy policy in the future will be posted to the website and, where appropriate, through the email notification.
