At Coast Shelter, you will be joining a team of committed staff and volunteers, who work to end Homelessness and Domestic and Family Violence within our community. We are seeking a passionate and responsible furniture removalist to join our new social enterprise, Coasties on the Move. This exciting and innovative new service, provides employment pathways for the people we support through social enterprise, by allowing them to gain work experience, qualifications and transition into stable employment.
This position plays a key role in supporting and mentoring our Transport & Supply Trainees. The successful candidate must be active, as the position is physically demanding, collecting, delivering and transporting household furniture and goods.
The position will commence as casual and progress to part time, following COVID restrictions being lifted. The position has an hourly rate of $28 per hour + Loadings and Super.

- Good level of physical fitness and strength
