Sarah is an experienced people and culture leader with more than 17 years’ experience across telecommunications, FMCG, mining, infrastructure and construction. She has a strong track record of aligning people strategies with organisational goals, strengthening workforce engagement and leading complex organisational change, including contract mobilisations, acquisitions and large-scale resourcing initiatives.
As Chief People and Programs Officer at Coast Shelter, Sarah leads Client Programs and People and Culture, supporting trauma-informed services, workforce capability and a safe, values-led workplace. She brings a strong focus on connecting quality client outcomes with engaged, capable teams and effective organisational systems.
Sarah’s broad operational expertise spans the employee lifecycle, payroll, budgeting, Board engagement and workforce planning. She holds a Master of Business and Commerce majoring in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
