How you can help Coast Shelter

Coast Shelter provides accommodation and support for families, women, women with accompanying children, men and youth who are homeless.

Our fundraising objectives are:

>> to create, nurture and manage income streams which fund crisis accommodation and support services to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness

>> to provide a broad charitable outreach, inviting you to take ownership of an emergency accommodation service through donor support.

Ways in which you can help:

>> make a donation to Coast Shelter;

>> make an automatic, monthly, tax-free donation to Coast Shelter;

>> become a member;

>> attend or organise a Coast Shelter event;

>> join our volunteers in providing direct service in one of our refuges or free restaurant;

>> encourage your Registered Club to support Coast Shelter through their annual CDSE program;

>> remember Coast Shelter in your will;

Your money is used to:

>> support Coast Shelter staff in providing quality accommodation and support to homeless families, men, women and young people;

>> purchase food for the Donnison Street Community Centre which provides free meals to those in need.
